Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 June 2026

These Terms of Use apply to Simple Invoice Maker on iOS and Android. By downloading, accessing, or using Simple Invoice Maker, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms that apply through the app store where you obtained the app.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Simple Invoice Maker from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is stated in App Store Connect. You can read Apple's standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

If you downloaded Simple Invoice Maker from Google Play, your download, purchases, subscriptions, and use of Google Play services are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and other applicable Google terms.

Subscriptions

Simple Invoice Maker may offer subscriptions that unlock additional app features, such as higher usage limits, cloud backup and restore, import/export tools, invoice template options, multiple business profiles, and removing app branding from exported invoices.

Subscription prices, durations, free trials, introductory offers, renewal terms, and available plans are shown in the app and confirmed by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of the store where you purchased the subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Trials and Introductory Offers

Free trials or introductory offers may be available to eligible users. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may depend on your app store account, previous purchases, subscription group, region, and store rules.

Unless cancelled before the trial or introductory period ends, your subscription may automatically renew as a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions using the subscription controls provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled by the store where the purchase was made, subject to that store's policies.

Use of the App

You may use Simple Invoice Maker for personal, business and lawful purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or app store rules.

Invoices and Business Information

Simple Invoice Maker helps you create, manage, send, import, export and back up invoice-related information. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of any invoices, tax information, payment details, business details, customer details or exported files you create with the app.

The app does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You should check any requirements that apply to your business, location or customers before sending invoices.

Data, Backups and Availability

Some app data is stored locally on your device. If you use backup, restore, import, export or transfer features, you are responsible for keeping those files secure and for choosing where they are stored or shared.

App features, subscription checks, app store links and some sharing or backup workflows may require an internet connection and may depend on third-party services being available.

Privacy

Information about how Simple Invoice Maker handles data is available in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of Simple Invoice Maker after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
